Competition Terms and Conditions

The 'Win 3 Months Free with Mystro' competition is a monthly competition that expires on the last day of every month at 11:59pm AEST. There is no entry fee and no purchase necessary to enter this competition.

1. On the first day of the following month, one winner will be chosen at random for the previous month's competition from all entries received and verified by Mystro.
2. The winner will be notified via email and announced on and .
3. The winner will receive a case study on their business, which will be featured and published on the Mystro Blog. The case study will be conducted via email.
4. The winner agrees to the use of his/her name and image/logo in any publicity material. Any personal data relating to the winner or any other entrants will be used solely in accordance with current Australia data protection legislation and will not be disclosed to a third party without the entrant’s prior consent.
5. The prize cannot be used to purchase SMS Packs and Add-Ons as these must be purchased separately.
6. No cash alternative to the prize will be offered. The prize is not transferable.
7. Entrants can enter as many monthly competitions as desired, but a single business can only win once.
8. By entering this competition, the entrant agrees to be signed up to the monthly Mystro Newsletter, of which entrants may unsubscribe at any time.
9. No responsibility can be accepted for entries not received for whatever reason.
10. The promoter's decision in respect of all matters to do with the competition will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
11. Mystro reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition and these Terms and Conditions without notice in the event of a catastrophe, war, civil or military disturbance, act of God or any actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation or any other event outside of the promoter’s control. Mystro will notify entrants of any changes to the competition as soon as possible. Mystro is not responsible for inaccurate prize details supplied to any entrant by any third party connected with this competition.
12. This competition is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Facebook, Twitter or any other Social Network. You are providing your information to Mystro and not to any other party. The information provided will be used in conjunction with the following Privacy Policy found at https://mystro.co/privacy.
13. By entering this competition, the entrant is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Entry into the competition will be deemed as acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
14. The competition and these Terms and Conditions will be governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Queensland, Australia.
